197. Analyst/Associate, Opportunistic Credit Fund (NYC)

Our client is a multi-billion-dollar fund that invests in opportunistic and complex/flexible solutions for companies involved with commodities and raw materials globally. The team has a flat structure and a highly entrepreneurial culture which offers every member the chance to originate, analyze and recommend investments across the capital stack. The Analyst/Associate will participate in complex strategies, credit analysis, operational issues, legal considerations and all other aspects of transactions. The Analyst/Associate should have demonstrated investment ability across opportunistic or credit-oriented investing, special situations, distressed, deal structuring/restructuring, private equity, or structured/commodity. Commodities experience is NOT necessary but is a plus. The Analyst/Associate must have an interest in learning game theory and investment strategy in a high-intensity, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment. Base salary: $150,000 + bonus. This is a career track role with potential to be carry-eligible in the future based on performance. Qualified candidates may forward a resume to our website.
