We are seeking an experienced caregiver for weekend shifts in Antioch, working Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00am - 6:00pm. The candidate must have experience caring for clients with Parkinson's and Dementia, be comfortable providing a high level of care. Strong transfer skills are required, as the role involves assisting with mobility and ensuring client safety. The caregiver will also be responsible for supporting all activities of daily living. Experience with hospice care is highly preferred.

• Assist with personal care
• Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands

Personal Care Aides Qualifications:

• Prefer past caregiving experience
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
• 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal)
