Office Assistant Our busy office is in need of a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in the US. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to various departments and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. Responsibilities Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules Organize and maintain physical and digital files Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms Order office supplies and maintain inventory Assist with event planning and coordination Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members Process invoices and manage expense reports Support other departments as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in an office setting Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Attention to detail and accuracy in work Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Preferred Experience working with visa sponsorship processes Fluent in English (written and spoken) We offer competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for growth within our company.
