What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain new and existing applications
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve software issues
• Analyze user needs and design effective technical solutions
• Stay current on best practices, tools, and emerging technologies
• Proactively contribute ideas to enhance development processes and performance

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (GPA of 3.3+ preferred)
• Exposure to Object-Oriented Programming (academic, internship, or personal projects accepted)
• Willingness and ability to learn new tools, technologies, and development methodologies
• Internship, research, or part-time experience in a tech-related role is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and collaborative spirit
