THE JOB (WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DO HERE) You work with kids and teens who: Have anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders Are emotionally exhausted by school, phones, and existing Occasionally say nothing for 45 minutes and then drop a clinical bomb at minute 44 You are given: Time Support Clinical autonomy You are not given: Impossible quotas Random walk-ins The urge to fake a dentist appointment to escape THE MONEY (YES, MONEY) Pay is strong. Incentives are unlimited and paid in real time .
