Responsibilities Leadership at Its Best: Guide and develop a team of assistant managers, shift leaders, and crew members, fostering professional growth and teamwork. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be 21+ years old Desired, but not required 2+ years in a food service/retail environment Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance. Ability to pass a background check and drug test. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Judgment, tact, and diplomacy to effectively resolve conflicts Intermediate PC skills - ability to use basic word processing and spreadsheet software for internal communications and data analysis This Dunkin' Donuts restaurant is independently owned and operated under a franchise granted by DD Franchising LLC.
