You will work closely with HR staff and business management to create actionable analytics that support decision making at all levels (strategic, tactical and operational). Lead the People Analytics Strategy: Drive the evolution of HR analytics to unlock business value and enable smarter decisions. Deliver Insights That Matter: Measure and report on workforce trends. Proficiency in advanced statistical methods, predictive modeling, NLP/text analytics, and visualization tools (Tableau, R, Alteryx). Knowledge of cloud technologies and progressive analytics strategies. Exceptional communication and consultative skills. The salary range for this position is $205,000-$277,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
