WE’RE HIRING: ADMINISTRATIVE & CUSTOMER FOLLOW-UP COORDINATOR
Davenport Autopark | Rocky Mount, NC
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and great with people?
Davenport Autopark is looking for an Administrative & Customer Follow-Up Coordinator to join our team and play an important role in both our administrative operations and customer experience.
This is a unique position that combines Accounts Payable + Customer Follow-Up + Service Department Support.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Accounts Payable
- Process and organize vendor invoices
- Verify approvals and documentation
- Enter and code invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Assist with month-end AP
- Communicate with vendors
Customer Follow-Up
- Follow up with customers who declined recommended services
- Contact customers who missed service appointments
- Follow up on open repair orders and customer opportunities
- Schedule service appointments
- Assist with customer retention campaigns
- Document every customer contact in the CRM/DMS
Service Department Support
- Assist the Service Manager and Advisors
- Maintain daily follow-up lists
- Track customer opportunities
- Prepare reports
- Help ensure customers don’t fall through the cracks

Automotive, BDC, service, bookkeeping, or accounts-payable experience is a plus, but the right attitude and work ethic matter most.
