Real Estate Sales Trainee - Training & Mentorship Available

• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective prospecting techniques and build a robust client base.
• Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance your sales skills and market knowledge.
• Assist in the preparation of property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations to potential buyers.
• Conduct property tours and open houses, showcasing homes to prospective buyers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Negotiate offers and contracts under the guidance of seasoned agents, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
• Utilize company-provided systems to manage leads, track client interactions, and maintain organized records of transactions and communications.

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems for managing client interactions.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and client needs.
• Proven ability to handle negotiations with professionalism and integrity, ensuring client satisfaction.
