Chiropractor Hampton VA $80K–$120K + Uncapped Bonuses | No Weekends We are seeking a motivated Chiropractor to join our established and growing family wellness practice in Hampton, VA, just 15 miles north of Norfolk. What You’ll Do Perform patient exams, re-exams, and review X-rays Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans Provide chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Thompson Drop, Activator, and other appropriate techniques Present findings and educate patients on their care Refer for rehabilitation or additional therapies when appropriate Collaborate with our experienced chiropractic and support team Maintain accurate patient documentation Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree Licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia Strong adjusting and communication skills Interest in family and wellness-based chiropractic care Webster certification is a plus, but not required Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Schedule Monday–Friday (Fridays end at noon) No weekends or late hours Compensation $80,000–$120,000/year plus Uncapped performance bonuses Additional commission potential of approximately $20K/year when on target Benefits PTO & paid holidays Health insurance options IRA with company match Company-paid malpractice insurance Paid professional coaching & development
