Quality Technician

Our client, an innovative leader in autonomous mobility, is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Support team supporting cross-functional collaboration with Vehicle Engineering, Corporate Quality, and Supplier Quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Technician

Location: Fremont, California

Pay Range: $40-$44/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Support the Manufacturing Engineering team by performing root cause analysis on vehicle issues
• Read technical drawings and CAD models to understand part design and assembly processes
• Communicate findings effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate troubleshooting
• Develop and document troubleshooting techniques and quality procedures
• Create and update quality documentation, including training plans and quality alerts

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a quality technician in manufacturing environments
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD models
• Strong technical background in mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience performing root cause analysis and reading PFMEA and Control Plans
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
