DW Energy Group, LLC is a non‑operating oil and gas exploration company located in the Dallas, Texas metro area. We specialize in oil and gas lease and land acquisition, partnership generation, and partnership management for qualified persons. Our management team has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas, securities, and accounting industries. The DW strategy focuses on participating as a minority non‑operating working interest partner with some of the most successful exploration operators in the industry. DW is participating with our investing partners in the quest for US energy independence. Job Description Responsibilities Establishes and cultivates long‑term business relationships with new and existing clients. Services, supports, and consistently communicates with existing clients. Reviews and interprets client financial statements. Establishes new business relationships via networking, outbound calling, and referrals. Develops a mastery of new and existing DW partnerships. Performs other job‑related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications BA/BS preferred. 4+ years of experience in private placement. Previous experience and thorough understanding of oil and gas industry. Uncompromising integrity and honesty. Strong organizational and disciplined time management skills. Technological proficiency and previous experience with SalesForce and MS Office. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills: Naturally adaptive to different audiences, Quickly establishes and maintains trust with individuals, Adept at communication and forming lasting relationships with a diverse client list, including C-level executives.
