Wir wachsen und bauen unsere SEO & Google Ads Agentur weiter aus. Daher suchen wir einen hungrigen Vertriebler zur Unterstützung unseres Teams!
Ziel ist zuerst die Vereinbarung von Terminen. Die Verkaufsgespräche übernimmt erstmal jemand anderes für dich und trotzdem partizipierst du finanziell am Vertriebserfolg!
Gemeinsam mit uns stärkst du die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Online-Shops und E-Commerce Unternehmen im DACH-Raum und machst sie unabhängiger von großen Marktplätzen, wie Amazon & Co.
(Wichtig: Vollzeitanstellung! Kein MLM oder Strukturvertrieb gemeint!)
Aufgaben
- Telefonischer Follow-Up von bereits per Mail kontaktierten Leads
- Telefonischer Follow-Up von Inbound Leads
- Telefonischer Follow-Up unserer bestehenden Kontakte
- Telefonische Kaltakquise potenzieller Neukunden
- Planung sowie die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen (per Mail & telefonisch)
- Pflege und Kontrolle unseres CRM-Systems
Qualifikation
- Eine umfangreiche Vertriebs-Erfahrung (auch in der Kaltakquise) ist zwingend notwendig
- Vertriebserfahrung in einer Marketingagentur ist von Vorteil
- Du hast kein Problem damit die Komfortzone zu verlassen und bist selbstbewusst
- Du hast Lust auf Ziele erreichen, Provision erhöhen und einfach Gas zu geben
- Du solltest kommunikationsstark, schlagfertig und redegewandt sein
- Du bist ehrgeizig, lernbereit und zielstrebig
- Selbstständiges, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten fällt dir nicht schwer
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig und reagierst schnell auf Nachfragen
- Du beherrschst perfektes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
