Immigration Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about immigrant rights, highly organized, and capable of managing a diverse caseload with professionalism and empathy. A strong understanding of U.S. immigration law and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and other immigration-related agencies.
• Prepare and file petitions, waivers, applications, appeals, and related immigration documents.
• Conduct legal consultations and provide clients with reliable immigration advice.
• Maintain accurate case records and meet all filing deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other professionals.
• Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws and policies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active license to practice law in any U.S. state.
• 1–3 years of experience in immigration law (preferred but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred).

• Ability to work independently and advocate effectively for clients.

Preferred:

• *Admission to the Connecticut Bar *

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,452.92 - $100,932.55 per year
