Customer Service Representative

This Customer Service Representative opportunity is with an insurance company in Boston, MA. The position pays $21\/hour, runs 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is expected to last 5+ months. The hiring process consists of a virtual interview followed by an onsite interview.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service for home insurance inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat
Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction
Learn and maintain knowledge of home insurance products and services
Accurately enter and update policy information in company systems
Build strong relationships with customers, agents, and internal team members
Apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve customer issues
Adapt to new information and continuously improve customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify and address customer needs
- Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed goals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience preferred
- College degree completed or in progress preferred
- Strong computer navigation and problem-solving skills
- No prior insurance experience required; training provided
