ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in Shelton, Washington. This full-time opportunity offers a collaborative team environment and the chance to make a meaningful impact on students across multiple secondary school settings.

Position Details ????

• Full-time position
• 5 days per week
• 7 hours per day
• Serving grades 5-12
• Coverage across 5 school buildings:
  • Middle School
  • Junior High School
  • 3 High Schools
• Collaborative therapy team consisting of:
  • 2 Occupational Therapists
  • 1 Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Key Responsibilities ✅

• Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and special education teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist with goal development
• Support students in reaching academic and functional goals within the school environment

Qualifications ????

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Washington OT license or eligibility to obtain
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple school sites
