Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (First-Year Potential: $50,000–$75,000)

We’re growing and looking for a  Medicare Insurance Agent to join our team of 16 high-performing, supportive, and team-oriented individuals. In addition to our fantastic team and wonderful income potential, you will be working in a  brand new office space designed for collaboration, comfort, and success.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with clients in person, over the phone, and via video conference to guide them through their Medicare options.
• Build lasting relationships based on trust, communication, and value.
• Follow up with leads provided to you —  we handle the marketing so you can focus on what you do best.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team that shares knowledge, supports one another, and celebrates success.
• Manage your time effectively to maximize appointments and client satisfaction.

What You Bring:

• A strong desire to help others navigate important healthcare decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a flexible but structured schedule.
• A coachable attitude with a passion for continual learning and growth.
• Previous insurance experience is a plus,  but not required . Licensing assistance is available.
