Job Title: Loan Operations Servicing Associate

Overview
As a Loan Operations Servicing Associate, you utilize industry experience andknowledge to provide support to lending personnel and all other internalcustomers, creating and maintaining complete and accurate loan files

What You'llDo:
A Day inthe Life - Youwill work within a portfolio of existing retail and commercial loans,accurately servicing loan accounts, reconciling general ledger accounts, and processingcompleted loan correspondence. Your knack for detail comes in handy as you arecompleting requests and reviewing documentation that is sent to externalcustomers and maintaining excellent support documentation. Your communicationwith both external and internal customers will be key in providing greatcustomer service. This role offers a high degree of daily variety and requiresa flexible approach to changing priorities.


What it Takes:
Ability to: communicate effectively(written and verbally), maintain confidentiality, work with speed and accuracy,grasp technical information quickly, apply solid reasoning, analytical andmathematical skill, and work independently and as a team member.
Knowledgeof automated underwriting and agency guidelines
Proficientknowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
Knowledgeor strong desire to learn facets or core servicing software and loan productsand services
