Project Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager to join a leading manufacturer within the pharmaceutical and healthcare products industry for a permanent onsite position located in Wilson, NC . The Project Manager will oversee capital projects, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional programs that support manufacturing growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities of the Project Manager include: Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall execution. Coordinate resources across engineering, operations, quality, and maintenance teams. Monitor project milestones and communicate status updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes. Support commissioning, implementation, and project closeout activities. Qualifications for the Project Manager include: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Experience managing projects within manufacturing or industrial environments. Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills. PMP certification preferred but not required.
