Location: Fort Myers, FL

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday (with occasional overtime as needed)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Fort Myers. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and at least one year of forklift operating experience . This position is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move products and materials throughout the warehouse.

• Load and unload trucks.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing slips.

• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.

• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

• Follow all company policies and procedures.

• Support other warehouse functions as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience required .

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.

• Forklift certification is a plus.
