Job DescriptionJob DescriptionGeneral Manager – Lead Operations for McKeon Door of NevadaJob Overview:Company: McKeon Door of NevadaSalary/Pay Rate: $120,000 - $145,000 per year (based on experience)Location: Las Vegas, NVJob/Employment Type: Full TimeProject Scope: Commercial, Government, and Federal Overhead Coiling Door ProjectsMandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driving LicenseThe OpportunityYou will serve as the executive operational leader driving growth across high-profile commercial and government projects for McKeon Door of Nevada. Reporting directly to ownership, you will lead daily operations, manage project financials, and direct dedicated office and field teams.This role gives you the strategic autonomy to build lasting client relationships and expand our regional market presence across Nevada, Arizona, and Utah.How You Will Make an Impact:Direct daily executive operations across project management, estimating, administration, and field supervision.Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.Manage project financials, cost forecasting, budgeting, payroll, and timely payment applications.Lead, mentor, and evaluate office staff, project managers, and field crews to drive accountability.Build and maintain long-term relationships with premier general contractors, architects, and developers.Enforce strict compliance with project specifications, safety standards, quality controls, and contract terms.Required Qualifications & Experience:7 years of operational leadership experience in commercial subcontracting trades, preferably within a similar subcontracting trade.Advanced ability to read and navigate architectural plans, specifications, schedules, and contract terms.Proven background overseeing estimating, project management, and general contractor relationships.Solid financial management skills with experience managing operational budgets and job profitability.Experience and proficiency with monthly AIA contract payment applications.Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with a track record of team development.Proficiency with commercial construction management software and MS Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).Specialized experience with overhead coiling doors, grilles, or proprietary fire door systems.Familiarity with commercial, federal, and state project delivery requirements in NV, AZ, and UT.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $145,000.Weekly pay cycle ensures stable financial management.Comprehensive medical insurance coverage options.401(k) retirement savings program with employer matching.Paid time offAssigned company vehicle provided for business operations.Provisioned tech package including a dedicated smartphone or tablet.Company-sponsored safety and technical certifications (OSHA and Manufacturer training).About Us:McKeon Door of Nevada is the industry leader in custom, proprietary overhead coiling doors, grilles, and specialized fire door solutions.
