People Operations Partner

Supporting a dynamic People Operations function, the part-time People Operations Partner will collaborate closely with the Director of People Operations on employee relations, compliance initiatives, and workforce planning, working remotely for approximately 20-25 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Support employee relations matters and conduct investigations Assist with compliance reviews, audits, and organizational initiatives Partner with recruiting teams on workforce planning and hiring initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in Human Resources or related fields Strong employee relations experience Experience supporting leadership and executive stakeholders Experience assessing workplace, compliance, or operational risks
