Details

• Cytotechnologist position in White Plains, NY
• 13-week assignment
• Start Date: 10/26/2026
• Monday–Friday schedule
• 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Parking reimbursement available
• Perform microscopic examination of cellular specimens to identify abnormal, precancerous, and malignant cells
• Review and evaluate cytology specimens, including gynecologic and non-gynecologic samples
• Accurately document findings and prepare specimens for pathologist review when indicated
• Follow laboratory quality-control, safety, and specimen-handling procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Cytotechnologist experience
• ASCP certification required
• Strong experience with cytology specimen screening and microscopic evaluation
• Knowledge of abnormal cellular morphology and cytopathology procedures
• Ability to accurately identify and document abnormal findings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a laboratory setting
