Required Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Proven experience in schools and/or pediatric settings
• Knowledge of IEPs, progress monitoring, and student evaluation standards
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication, articulation, and language disorders
• Develop and help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services across K-12 populations
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to foster student success
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by district and state guidelines
• Participate actively in IEP and student support meetings
