Team Leader – Jack in the Box (Chicago)
Jack in the Box is looking for motivated Team Leaders who love leading people, delivering great guest experiences, and keeping the energy high. If you’re ready to grow your career with a brand that values its people, this could be the perfect fit.
We’re building strong leadership for afternoon and evening shifts , with plans to expand into late-night operations in the future.

What You’ll Do as a Team Leader
- Support and supervise daily restaurant operations to drive excellent performance
- Lead by example and inspire team members through positive role modeling
- Create a fun, friendly, clean, and safe environment for guests and employees
- Maintain a strong focus on food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Thrive in a high-energy setting where priorities can shift quickly
What We’re Looking For
- At least 12 months of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to lift and carry 10–65 lbs.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule , including afternoons, evenings, and future late-night shifts
