PRN - Family Nurse Practitioner We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to provide high quality health care within our scope of services while achieving optimum patient satisfaction. The Provider works in a team-oriented environment, adapts to new technologies and protocols in a fast-evolving practice setting. The Provider delivers outstanding patient service in clinic and virtually, maintains a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere, and responds quickly to changes in condition or treatment. Lead clinic staff (e.g., X-ray technologists, nurses, front-office specialists) in delivering excellent patient care. Provide guidance to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction. Perform responsibilities included on the SCRIVE job description. Review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications, and ask situational questions to formulate accurate diagnoses. Engage with clinical leadership, elevate concerns to management as appropriate, and ensure adherence to company values. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate daily. Build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians. Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to patient-centric care, safety, cost, and reliable information. Ensure provider activities are consistent with department expectations and compliant with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment within both in-patient clinic and virtual settings. Pursue queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper follow-up. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care. Follow clinical practice guidelines set by the Office of Medical Affairs. Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training. Perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols. Complete mandatory compliance training to meet quality expectations. Adhere to core company values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness. Recommend ideas within the clinic and to telehealth leadership to improve patient experience and care. Communicate regularly within the team in all necessary manners to support excellent patient care. Welcome new employees on their first day, facilitate introductions, clinic tours, and overview of clinic processes. Assist new employees with learning activities and required training. Support new employee training with job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunities. Maintain friendly, cordial relations with clients and employees; cultivate a positive work atmosphere. Perform physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions required for the position. Follow company standards of operations. Promote and maintain a respectful culture of confidentiality. Consult with patients through virtual communication channels. Proven experience working as a telehealth clinician. Perform other duties as assigned by management. PRN employees required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month; full-time employees required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend. Education Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) Experience 1–2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice (urgent care, occupational medical facility, ER, trauma unit, or family medical practice preferred). Proven telehealth clinician experience. Licensure and Certification Active nursing license and DEA registration in good standing, verifiable with the appropriate regulatory agency. DEA required for all providers; if limited by state law, DEA must be obtained within 120 days of meeting minimum years of practice. DOT certification required to be obtained within 120 days of employment for full-time and part-time providers and maintained during employment. Additional Requirements On-call periodically throughout the year for ancillary providers.
