Full-Stack Developer

Position: Full-Stack Developer Company Overview: The Episcopal School of Baton Rouge is a prestigious private school located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a passion for education. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our school's website and other digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain our school's website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Collaborate with our marketing and communications team to create visually appealing and user-friendly web designs Implement new features and functionality to enhance the user experience Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise Optimize website performance and ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices Develop and maintain other digital platforms, such as mobile apps and online portals Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web development to suggest improvements and enhancements Work closely with the IT team to ensure data security and privacy compliance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack web development Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal Familiarity with responsive design and mobile development Strong understanding of web security principles Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for education and a desire to contribute to the success of our school community Contract Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.
