Personal Assistant

Personal Assistant Location: Houma, LA Pay: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM At One Way AC & Electrical, we're growing rapidly and looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant to the Owner to support the owner, help keep daily operations running smoothly, and build a rewarding career with a company that values initiative, professional growth, and teamwork. What We Offer $20-$25/hour, based on experience Medical insurance (80% company-covered for employee) Dental and Vision insurance available for purchase 401K with up to 3% company match Six paid holidays annually Paid vacation that increases with tenure, plus two additional PTO days Optional short-term and long-term disability coverage What You'll Do Manage the owner's calendar and daily schedule Screen incoming phone calls and prioritize communications Pay bills and organize financial paperwork Draft letters, documents, and other correspondence as needed Prepare and maintain organized documentation and files Send mail and manage outgoing correspondence Order office and business supplies as needed Coordinate payments through Venmo and other platforms Pick up lunch and assist with errands for the owner Handle a variety of administrative and personal tasks to keep daily operations running efficiently What We're Looking For At least a year of related experience in the office setting Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing needs Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft Office Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
