Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and integrated patient care
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Share knowledge and techniques with patients and their families to encourage progress at home
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Document clinical developments and modify therapy plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development is encouraged

Licenses and Certifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
