Lead projects including management of project schedules, budgets, and staffing on the Water Solution team. Provide technical guidance on client standards and expectations to engineering and technician staff in the regional design centers that are supporting project detailed design. Serve as technical expert in electrical power distribution and miscellaneous plant electrical systems for client consultations. Support business development related to enhanced Electrical services. Build business relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers. Coordination with local electrical utilities on project technical needs. Construction inspection and resolution of electrical construction issues. Startup and testing of major electrical equipment. Review of supplier submittals. Continuous learning and development of technical expertise/specialty area. Check out some of our recent projects: Kansas City: Tomahawk Wastewater Treatment Facility Expansion Raleigh: Sweeney Water Treatment Plant PFAS Removal Phoenix: OCWD Groundwater Replenishment System Expansion Management Responsibilities Individual Contributor Preferred Qualifications 5 years in electrical design, planning and construction services Consulting and Water/Wastewater experience preferred Experience in medium and low voltage power distribution equipment, including variable frequency drives and standby diesel generators Experience in a client-facing/business development role Power system analysis experience in SKM, ETAP, or other analysis software a plus Minimum Qualifications Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing or equivalent experience in Engineering work Minimum of 5 years related work experience All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
