Role Overview Registered Nurse (RN) – OR Circulator. Full Time – 4 shifts (10 hours) per week, 7:00am – 5:30pm with rotating day off and on‑call rotation required. Earn up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus. About the Team Fauquier Health is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network. As a Registered Nurse on the Surgical Services team, you will provide exceptional care in a supportive environment, participating in a wide variety of surgical procedures including Total Joint Replacements, Sports Medicine, ENT, General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Retina, and Spine. The unit includes five main operating rooms and a cystoscopy suite, and offers minimally invasive robotic surgery with our state‑of‑the‑art daVinci Xi robotic platform. What You’ll Do Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patients. Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record. Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Basic Life Support certification required within 7 days of hire. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 30 days of hire. Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
