Project Coordinator

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Coordinator in Orlando, FL. Summary: This role is focused on data validation, migration support, reporting, documentation, and administrative project coordination activities-not ownership or execution of projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across multiple systems while supporting project teams through a significant transformation effort. Key Responsibilities:

Support the migration of project and portfolio data into the New platform
Review, validate, cleanse, and organize structured data prior to migration
Assist in maintaining data accuracy and consistency across Primavera, Clarizen, SAP, and Salesforce environments
Track migration progress, document issues, and escalate risks when appropriate
Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, trackers, and process guides
Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, and system administrators to gather and validate information
Participate in user training sessions and support adoption of new processes and tools
Perform administrative and operational support tasks related to data conversion and system transition activities
2-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, PMO Analyst, or similar role
Experience working with project schedules, project data, reporting, or PMO processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Primavera P6, Clarizen, SAP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise systems
Previous involvement in data migration, system implementation, or PMO support initiatives
Experience supporting large-scale transformation or process improvement efforts
