The Intermediate Architectural Designer will play a substantive role in the development of residential projects from design through construction. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior architects on highly detailed, custom work within a collaborative and design‑focused environment, with direct exposure to projects through completion. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience Demonstrated experience in high‑end custom residential architecture (required) Experience in custom millwork design and detailing strongly preferred Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (required) Working knowledge of 3D modeling, design, and presentation software Ability to manage coordinated drawing sets, specifications, and schedules in AutoCAD and across all Microsoft Office Applications.
