Job Description Assistant General Manager (AGM) | Full Service | NEW Restaurant | CLOSED Holidays Our newly opened, high-energy full-service restaurant is looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead the charge during one of the most exciting phases a concept can be in: the beginning. You'll build, inspire, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team while owning the guest experience from first impression to final goodbye. You'll keep operations sharp, with systems, standards, and service all running at a high level, and help drive the sales performance and culture that makes this place worth coming back to. As an early leader here, you'll also play a real role in establishing the habits and processes that define this restaurant long-term. What You Bring Two or more years of restaurant management experience in a full-service or polished casual environment. New restaurant opening experience is a significant plus given where we are in our journey.
