Come join a team of dedicated healthcare workers!San Dimas Community Hospital is nationally recognized, locally preferred, and community focused.ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Supervisor Nurse is responsible and accountable for the quality of staff and functions during their shift. Directly supervises and communicates with all staff along with the Director of Nursing. Assists the Director of Nursing in the daily operation of the unit, directing, supervising and evaluating personnel, ensuring the proper use of time, equipment and staff. Ensure the efficient functions of the department. Performs direct patient care, as needed, within the scope of practice. Continually assess care and directs staff to make immediate changes in the plan of care.QualificationsEducation, experience, training:Must have current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of California.Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.BLS (AHA or ARC) upon hire and maintain current; ACLS (AHA or ARC) preferred.At least one year experience preferred; supervisory experience in long term care setting preferred.At least two years of RN Charge Nurse experience preferred.Pay TransparencySan Dimas Community Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $46.71 to $62.87.
