Call and weekend availability is mandatory, with a call response time of 30 minutes.Job Description\n We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Operating Room Surgical Technologist with expertise in cardiovascular procedures. This role involves participation in surgeries related to cardiology, requiring a solid understanding of various specialties.Responsibilities\n \n Assist in a variety of cardiovascular surgical procedures.\n Maintain the sterile field and manage surgical instruments.\n Collaborate with surgeons and other staff to ensure optimal patient care.\n Prepare patient and equipment for surgery; ensure all necessary supplies are available.\n Adhere to hospital policies and protocols, including safety and sanitation guidelines.\n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n Certification from NCCT or NBSTSA is mandatory; no other certifications accepted.\n Minimum of 2 years experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR); 3 years preferred.\n At least 1 year of Level 1 Trauma experience within the last 3 years.\n Recent travel experience (minimum of 1 year).\n Strong experience in cardiac robotics, LVAD, and heart transplant procedures.\n Versatile in other surgical specialties such as General, Orthopedic, Neuro, Vascular, Trauma, and Robotics.\n Why ARMStaffing?\n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
