We are looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator. Someone who thrives in a high energy environment, loves building relationships, and wants to grow into a leadership role as our practice expands.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Creating a welcoming, grounded, high energy patient experience
- Building relationships with patients and families
- Managing clinic flow with confidence and calm
- Communicating clearly with patients and doctors
- Handling scheduling, payments, and front desk operations
- Anticipating needs and solving problems proactively
- Supporting practice growth and patient retention
- Helping improve systems and processes
- Being a leader in the room, even when no one is watching

You do not need chiropractic experience.
You do need maturity, initiative, and a desire to grow.
Schedule Full Time
Monday through Wednesday 7:45 AM to 12:30 PM, 2:45 PM to 6:15 PM
Thursday 9:45 AM to 12:00 PM, 2:45 PM to 6:00 PM
Friday 9:45 AM to 12:15 PM
No weekends. Midday break built in. Friday afternoons off.
