This community was developed in 2021 incollaboration with the Los Angeles Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, andTransgender (LGBT) Center. Responsibilities: Planning exciting resident activities to create a warm community environment Supervising on-site maintenance staff and projects to preserve theproperty in a beautiful condition Retaining resident files and conducting income certificationsaccording to program guidelines Maintaining resident relations in compliance with Occupancy andFair Housing guidelines Reviewing monthly financial reports and preparing annual budgets Marketing and leasing vacancies to maintain a 100% occupancy rate Experience and Skills: Location High School diploma/GED required. College degree or equivalentcombination of education, training and work experience preferred. Two (2) years’ solid management experience in hospitality, hotelor apartment community experience (preferred but not required). Experience with Section 8 and/or Tax Credit affordable housingprograms preferred but not required. We provide amazing training and mentorship.
