About the Opportunity

This is a strictly commission-only 1099 independent contractor role. There is no base salary, hourly wage, guaranteed income, or employee benefits.

Qualified leads are providedno cold prospecting required. You will connect with founders, executives, and business leaders, identify their needs, present the right PR solution, and close the deal.

We are especially interested in individuals who make themselves available during evenings, weekends, and holidays, when many decision-makers have time to connect. As an independent contractor, you control your schedule, but responsiveness and consistent follow-up will directly influence your success.

What You'll Do

• Work qualified inbound leads provided by Otter PR
• Conduct discovery and sales calls with business decision-makers
• Sell high-ticket PR packages and recurring services
• Manage objections, follow up consistently, and close deals
• Maintain accurate notes and deal stages in the CRM
• Coordinate a smooth handoff of closed clients to our PR team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience closing high-ticket B2B products or services
• Strong discovery, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Confidence communicating with founders and executives
• A self-directed, competitive, and accountable work style
• Consistent follow-through and clean CRM management
• Interest in pursuing opportunities during evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience selling PR, marketing, SaaS, consulting, or other professional services is preferred.

Compensation and Contractor Status

• 1099 independent contractor

• Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, equipment, and expenses
