Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Role: Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities: Provide efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Conduct nursing assessments, participate in care planning, deliver direct patient care, and supervise unlicensed staff. Qualifications: Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program, current state licensure, and preferably experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing. Must have strong English communication skills and maintain current BLS/CPR certification. Skills: Strong clinical assessment, supervision, and communication skills, with the ability to respond effectively to patient needs.
