Pay Range Target Range: $18.00/Hr. - $24.00/Hr. This is a commission eligible role. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. About This Job Axos is seeking a Collector who will be responsible for determining reason for customer payment delinquency and obtains payment commitment while adhering to laws and regulations. Responsibilities Place routine calls to customers as first point of contact to obtain payment for goods or services. Recognize calls requiring special handling or customized responses and escalating accordingly. Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer payment history and status of account. Receive clear communication including feedback, coaching, individual needs assessment, and training gaps, including regular, one‑on‑one performance reviews to ensure performance and quality standards are being met. Ensure collection practices adhere to policies, regulations and standards. Qualifications HS Diploma. 1-2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, consumer loans, commercial loans and/or real estate.
