Job Description Active Washington Occupational Therapist (OT) license required Minimum 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience required Current BLS certification required Experience performing comprehensive OT evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans Strong knowledge of ADL training, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercise, functional mobility, and rehabilitation interventions Experience monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans based on clinical outcomes Strong documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Ability to work independently while managing a diverse patient caseload
