Underwriting Assistant

Job Description Seneca Specialty Package is looking for a dedicated Underwriting Assistant who will support existing policies and issue new policies while meeting departmental standards. The Underwriting Assistant supports various underwriting processes, including communication with producers and other departments to meet service needs. Additionally, the applicant will work side‑by‑side with Underwriters to maintain a common goal of growth and profitability. These ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for this position ranges from a minimum of $49,400 to a maximum of $72,500. Actual compensation is determined by various factors, including market pay, responsibilities, skills required, and employee performance.
