Principal Automation Engineer

Shaping enterprise architecture for AI automation and business transformation, the full-time remote Principal Automation Engineer will define standards and governance for scalable automation initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business outcomes. Key responsibilities Lead the evaluation and definition of architectural frameworks for AI automation and transformation initiatives Design and establish scalable, resilient automation patterns across various platforms and workflows Mentor AI Automation Engineers and business stakeholders to elevate automation architecture maturity and execution quality Required qualifications B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering 10+ years of experience in solution, enterprise, or platform architecture roles Strong hands-on experience with modern automation and integration platforms Experience designing AI-enabled, API-driven architectures for enterprise workflows Deep understanding of automation patterns, middleware, and data transformation processes
