Summary As a Retail Store Manager at Sprinkles Donut Shop , you will oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of quality and service. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence while leading a dedicated team to achieve sales goals. Position is for RETAIL STORE MANAGER for our GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN location at Leonard & Fuller. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency and productivity. Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance. Manage inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. Handle cash register operations and oversee POS transactions accurately. Interview and hire new team members to build a strong workforce. Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Monitor store performance metrics and develop action plans for improvement. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in food service. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience. Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is essential. Ability to manage inventory effectively and maintain product quality standards.
