Position: Licensed Audiologist / Hearing Instrument Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional Saturday (once a month or every other week)
Setting: Outpatient / Walk-in
Position Summary: Responsible for conducting comprehensive audiology assessments and evaluating hearing function using electro-acoustic instrumentation. Maintain accurate patient records and provide detailed reports and treatment recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hearing evaluations for adult patients
- Conduct audiometric testing (pure tone, speech audiometry, air & bone conduction)
- Maintain and document patient records accurately
- Provide diagnostic impressions and reports
- Review patient history and recommend appropriate care
- Utilize systems such as Sycle and MedRx
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted New York license
- Experience with audiology equipment and testing
- Familiarity with Sycle and MedRx preferred
- Chinese language skills (preferred)
