Job Description \n Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Labor and Delivery \n Discipline: RN \n Start Date: 11/02/2026 \n Duration: 19 weeks \n 36 hours per week \n Shift: 12 hours, nights \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n \n Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2844 \n $500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS \n \n Opportunity: \n RN - Labor and Delivery \n Job Details: \n • Work in a 13-bed unit (12 L&D, 1 Triage, 1 OR) \n • Weekend rotation required every other weekend \n • No on-call responsibilities \n • Holiday expectations include night before and night after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's \n • All requests for time off require manager approval \n • Patient ratio of 1:2 for laboring patients, 1:1 for active labor, and 1:3 for couplets \n • Care for antepartum, postpartum, L&D, and gynecological post-op patients (hysterectomies and D&Cs), 20 weeks and up \n • Circulate C-sections and recover both mom and infant \n • Draw blood as part of phlebotomy responsibilities \n • Utilize charting systems and equipment including EPIC, Alaris, Pyxis, Milktraker, and CPN \n • Fetal heart monitoring available at nurse's station and bedside \n • Minimum 5 years of experience required \n • Required certifications: BLS, NRP, FHM \n • Wear procedural blues scrub color \n • Free on-site parking available \n • No floating required \n Facility: \n This facility is a Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center featuring a Level II NICU and 72 total beds. The Labor and Delivery unit operates with strong support staff including CNAs, OB techs who serve as scrubs during C-sections, a charge nurse with a light assignment, and a unit secretary available during morning hours.
