Job Overview
We seek a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in nursing practices and a strong commitment to patient care, providing comprehensive services including triage, case management, and diagnostic evaluation in both outpatient and hospital settings.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing venipuncture, and managing medical documentation.Conduct thorough patient assessments, prioritizing medical needs and delivering effective care.
Develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed, and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Current RN licensure is required.
Experience in long-term care and skilled nursing facility settings is preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are necessary.
