What You'll Do

• Provide routine and complex care for diverse patient populations, including general, ortho, urology, ENT, GYN, PEDS, and cath lab patients
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitor effects, and document carefully
• Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and post-care instructions
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and organizational policies
• Support continuous improvement and professional development in perioperative and critical care settings

What You Need

• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA)
• RN license in Texas or a compact license
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in critical care, pre-op, or PACU
• Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments

• Critical Care, Pre-Op, and EPIC experience
• Perioperative RN residency or recent perioperative practice background
• Experience with diverse patient populations (general, ortho, urology, ENT, GYN, PEDS)
