Role Overview: The registered nurse provides direct patient care in a high-acuity acute care setting, utilizing the nursing process to deliver top-tier clinical services within a multidisciplinary team approach. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on evidence-based practices. Prioritize patient wellness and safety while fostering a patient-centered approach. Precept and support new healthcare team members to ensure competency and quality care. Contribute to a secure, safe, and efficient clinical environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred. Current state RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum of 6 months RN experience. This onsite role involves day and night rotations and offers competitive pay based on experience.
